1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Prime Thai Property website (the “Website”). The owner of the Website is N-RON PROPERTY CO., LTD (Thailand, registration number 0205568014092). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

Descriptions, prices, photos and features of properties are provided for information and are not a public offer.
Prices, availability and terms may change — please confirm the current details with our specialist.
Prices in other currencies are calculated at an approximate exchange rate and are for reference only.
Information about developers, complexes and completion dates is received from developers and owners. We try to verify it but cannot guarantee its complete accuracy.
Property descriptions on the English version of the Website may be translated automatically; if in doubt, ask our specialist.
Materials about areas, investment, visas and relocation are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Requests and contacting us

By sending a request through a form, you confirm that you have provided your own contact details (or those of a person who has allowed you to share them) and consent to their processing in accordance with the Privacy policy.

A request does not oblige you to any deal. The terms of our property search and deal support services are agreed separately.

5. Rules of use

It is prohibited to:

send knowingly false data, spam or other people's data without their permission through the forms;
attempt to disrupt the Website or gain access to its internal parts;
copy Website materials in bulk by automated means.

6. Rights to materials

The texts, photographs, design and logo of the Website belong to Prime Thai Property or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Materials may be copied only with our written consent and with a link to the Website.
